Reception Opening Hours: Reception is open Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm and Saturday 8.30-12pm. Closed Sunday and Public Holidays. If your arrival is scheduled outside of these hours, please contact reception to assist with your arrival arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: Any amendments or cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date for low & mid season bookings and 30 days prior to arrival date for high season bookings. Please refer to the rate calendar below for seasonal dates. We recommend travel insurance to cover for the below cancellation polices.
Low & Mid Season
Cancellations of your Noosa accommodation must be made up to 14 days prior to arrival – a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred. Within 14 days of arrival -100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking less any amount you have already paid.
High Season
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival – a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred. Within 30 days of arrival – 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking less any amount you have already paid.
